Shipping

We strive for perfection in our products, so in the event that something doesn’t meet expectations, we will issue a refund or exchange. 

In the event of an exchange, shipping is free of charge to all US states. We use Amazon's multi-channel fulfillment, which gives us access to dozens of locations across the country, ensuring rapid delivery to urban hubs. However, locations like Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. and APO Boxes, and some rural and new developments may receive standard shipping.

Although our orders usually ship within 24 hours of purchase, please note that delivery times may vary from 3 to 5 days. Once an item is picked up by a carrier, a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email.

To comply with Postal Regulations, knives must be wrapped to protect all points and edges from cutting through the outer carton in which they are mailed. In the interest of safety, please avoid attaching adhesive materials directly to the product.

International Shipping

Lordelle does not ship internationally as of March 13, 2023. You must have a US shipping address to place an order on Lordelle.com.

Alaska Update

Unfortunately, due to an issue with Amazon's fulfillment during peak seasons, we cannot accept orders from Alaska from October 1st, 2023, until January 14th, 2024.
